TLC is dedicated to helping the whole family to feel better and healthier through realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes whenever possible. We walk with you through health struggles, using our expertise to guide you as you make the best health decisions for yourself and your family. We value less interventions and restoration of your body’s normal and healthy balance and strive to offer solutions ranging from holistic to more traditional as each situation needs and each patient desires.

All Ages Primary Care
We offer primary care from birth through the lifetime. We customize a health plan for each patient and their goals and desires for their care.
Midwifery & Lactation
We support your growing family with medical knowledge and advice to help you make informed decisions and be successful in your family goals.
Wellness
We help support your body's health needs through bioidentical hormones, weight loss, vitamin injections, and IV therapy.

Group Classes at TLC
Prenatal Class
Breastfeeding Preparation Class
A gentle guide to starting your breastfeeding journey, whether this is your first or your fifth baby! You'll learn latching techniques, feeding cues, how to tell if baby is getting enough, how to avoid discomfort, when to ask for help, and so much more.
Feel free to bring a baby doll and your nursing pillow or just a regular pillow. If you don't have one, no worries, we have extras!
Offered on an every-other-month basis.

Prenatal Class
Birth Preparation Class
You’ll learn many labor and birth comfort measures and positioning options and how partners can offer effective support. Feel empowered with new tools, a better understanding of the physiology of birth, and confidence in your body’s ability.
Feel free to bring a meal or snacks, something to drink, a pillow, yoga mat and exercise/birth ball if you have one.

Where to go when you arrive
Upon Arrival
Turn onto I street from Pyramid, then into the parking lot between the Sparks Florist tower and the red brick building.
Keep going
Go straight down the hallway until you see the elevator on the left-hand side or the stairs to across from it.
Almost there
Exit the elevator and turn right (if you took the stairs, look straight across) and you’ll see our door sign!
Come in!
Come through the door with the keypad nearest the parking lot. No code is needed during business hours.
Up and away
If you’re in the elevator, press the number two. If you took the stairs, continue up to the next door.
You made it!
You’ll enter into our waiting room, so no need to knock. Turn right inside and check in at the front desk.
